Financial Operational Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between Finance and Product Management teams. In this role, youll analyze financial data, support revenue share operations, and drive process improvements using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Excel. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for automation, and experience in finance or payments, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Finance, Product Management, and internal stakeholders.

• Analyze data related to accruals, vendor expenses, Mastercard reimbursements, and more.

• Support Revenue Share processing: calculations, data integrity checks, and customer payment workflows.

• Review Revenue Share schedules and recommend profitability-driven restructuring when needed.

• Drive process improvements

  
  using automation tools and efficient reporting methods.

• Document and maintain internal procedures, work instructions, and support materials.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and cut costs.

• Attend cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

• Document process flows and business requirements.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data usage and interpretation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience (or equivalent academic work) in business, finance, accounting, or tech-related roles.

  Get Hired

  2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power BI.

• 2+ years of experience with tools such as SharePoint, Excel, database management, or business analytics applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with payment products, especially Commercial Card programs, is a plus.

• Experience documenting technical/business requirements and mapping processes.
