Keeping all necessary materials available in the store.
Materials quality checking.
Expiry Date Checking.
Material distribution as per requisition raised by Department.
Requisition for all types of food & noon-food items were issued in the system.
Supplying the right items in the right amount during the event as per requisition to the specific department.
Store Audit Weekly and Monthly.
Receiving incoming stock ensuring accuracy and quality from vendor.
Monitoring stock levels (tracking inventory movements).
Perform regular stock counts to verify accuracy of inventory (Conducting stock counts*).
Create stock repots and inform seniors by mail.
Preparing orders as per chef requirements.
Record maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels and orders.
Report generation: generating reports of inventory levels, stock movements and other relevant materials.
