Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Business Ownership
- Own and drive the complete E-Commerce P&L across all platforms.
- Build and execute national E-Commerce growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the channel.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across marketplaces and quick commerce.
2. Marketplace Management
- Manage and scale presence across platforms
- Ensure optimal product assortment, pricing, availability, and visibility.
- Monitor platform performance, rankings, and conversion metrics.
3. Channel Growth & Expansion
- Develop and implement growth plans for marketplace, quick commerce, and D2C.
- Drive new product launches on E-Commerce platforms

- Improve discoverability, ratings, and customer experience.
4. Agency & Partner Management
Work with E-Commerce agencies for:
- Platform management
- Performance marketing
- Catalog optimization
- Campaign execution
- Drive accountability and performance from external partners.
5. Performance Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, deals, and promotions.
- Optimize advertising spends and improve ROI.
- Manage platform investments, visibility spends, and promotions.
6. Analytics & Performance Management
Track and analyze key metrics:
- Sales growth
- Conversion rates
- ROI
- CAC
- Platform profitability
- Use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
- Supply Chain for inventory planning and availability
- Finance for pricing, margins, and reconciliation
- Marketing for campaigns and brand visibility
- Operations for order fulfillment

Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in E-Commerce
- Proven experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
- Experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food, or Consumer brands preferred
- Experience working with E-Commerce agencies preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Hands-on experience in marketplace operations
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Understanding of E-Commerce P&L and unit economics
- Ability to work independently and build the channel from scratch
