Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Kochi office. In this role, you will lead and manage our clients, while acting as the primary point of contact for client communications. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-performance campaigns, with a specific focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies. Responsibilities also include overseeing lead generation, analysing web analytics data, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with client business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in English communication
• 
  Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and team mentoring
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and present strategy reports confidently
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools is an added advantage
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
