Job Description

As an Experienced Google Ads Performance Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple Google Ads accounts and implementing lead generation strategies across various industries. Your role will involve overseeing the performance optimization of Google Ads campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, with a focus on achieving exceptional results through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and improve performance metrics. This will involve developing advanced strategies across different platforms, conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing ad copy and landing pages, and analyzing campaign performance using various tools to ensure continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will be expected to set and monitor key performance indicators related to lead generation, manage a team of PPC specialists, collaborate with clients to tailor strategies to their business objectives, stay updated on the latest Google Ads updates and best practices, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

To qualify for this role, you should have extensive experience as a Google Ads Performance Director or in a similar capacity, a strong background in managing Google Ads accounts, expertise in Google Ads platforms, excellent data analysis skills, leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. Possessing a Google Ads Certification is a requirement, and additional certifications in digital marketing or advanced Google Ads strategies would be advantageous.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day, with fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
