As an Online Bidder (Upwork) at webdew, you will play a crucial role in driving our success.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting compelling proposals, generating leads, and analyzing client requirements.
• Engaging with prospective clients through live chats and responding to queries via the companys website.
• Preparing comprehensive documents and information for requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to foster growth.
• Communicating project opportunities to both existing and potential clients.

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of the services offered by the company.
• Arranging meetings with prospective clients and addressing their technical queries.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasion.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in online bidding the jobs for Designing & Video production field (Eg. Graphic Designer, Logo designer, Video Editing, 3D & 2D animation work)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Online Bidding Portals such as UpWork, Guru, PPH, Fiverr, and Freelance.
• Knowledge of proposal-making and cover letters.
• Familiarity with various Designing & Video production tools and concepts.
• Proven ability to identify leads and explore new markets.
• Innovative, knowledgeable, and hard-working mindset.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
