Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead the team of Digital marketing specialist, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Video editors etc.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2.5 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
• Ability to lead team also work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
