We are now hiring aOperating Officerto head ourCalicut Branch, with a focus on overseeing both theIT (Engineering) , Product Development Teamand theDigital Marketing Team. All departments have designated team leads who will report to the Ops Head.

About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedOperations Managerto lead its Calicut office. This role involves complete responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading cross-functional teams in both theEngineering (IT Product & ERP Development)andDigital Marketingdepartments, and ensuring smooth delivery of client projects and internal products likeERPEaz our cloud ERP software.

You will work closely with department leads and report directly to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

>Digital Marketing Operations

• Oversee the full-serviceDigital Marketing Team, including SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and automation.
• Ensure proper planning, execution, and reporting of client campaigns.
• Support the Marketing Team Lead in setting monthly goals, allocating resources, and ensuring ROI.
• Driveclient satisfactionand result-oriented performance from the digital services team.

>Engineering & Product Development (IT Team)

• Supervise all client-based and in-house software development projects.
• Take direct ownership ofERPEaz Webeazs flagship cloud ERP product.
• Lead development lifecycle, feature rollouts, version control, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with internal product owners, developers, QA teams, and client onboarding teams.
• Ensure timely delivery ofweb apps, mobile apps, ERP customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team Lead toenforce best practicesin agile, DevOps, and software quality.

>Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Serve as the operational backbone of the Calicut branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and implement growth-oriented strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO on business expansion, client engagement, and innovation goals.
• Drivecross-departmental collaboration, resource optimization, and culture-building.
• Handle vendor relationships, tech stack licensing, and process automation needs where required.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years inbusiness operations, project delivery, orbranch/team leadership.
• Hands-on experience working intech-driven environments, particularly inproduct development,software services

• Strong understanding ofERP systems, preferably cloud ERP platforms likeERPEaz.
• Proven track record of managing and coordinatingcross-functional teams, including engineering, product, support, and digital marketing teams.
• Practical experience in Digital Marketing operationsincluding campaign execution, performance tracking, and team leadership across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads.
• Ability tobridge technology and marketing goals, aligning both departments toward measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelors degree inEngineering, Technology, Marketing, orBusiness Management.MBAis an added advantage.
