Job Description
- The role focuses on managing customer success in the context of marketing technology (Martech) and delivering value through consulting services. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve success with WebEngage solutions and that consulting services are aligned with delivering tangible value to clients.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts to drive product adoption. You will be required to understand key business metrics for the account that can be affected meaningfully via Martech deployment and translate business problems into technically ready implementation plans. It will be your responsibility to interpret analytics across KPIs to drive needle-moving initiatives that deliver value to the client's business.
You will need to articulate the common definition of success / ROI in sync with customers and set up appropriate measurement systems to transparently track the respective metrics. Moreover, you will build frameworks and a library of playbooks / best practices for multiple industries for consultants to leverage.

Part of your role will involve executing audits on accounts from a martech deployment maturity and effectiveness lens. You will recommend strategic and tactical interventions that deliver early wins and long-term tangible business value to the clients.,
