Business Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will work with wider members of the Data team to develop your understanding of data governance models and industry best standards. No two weeks will be the same in this Data Analyst role.

What youll be doing:

• Assist with the dissemination and mapping of Webhelp and client systems into clear and accurate data documentation allowing for the build-out of data warehouse ETL, jobs and processes
• 
  Deliver supporting documentation and requirements for the Data Governance framework
• Work with clients creating a positive relationship that can be backed up through measurement.

To apply, you will need awareness of data platform migration, Azure, SQL and Oracle.

What you need:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a data business analyst role

Get Hired
• Experience with Azure (Essential)
• Experience or knowledge of telephony systems such as Avaya, Aspect, NICE, Storm, Genesys or HDS
• The ability to use of MS Excel to unpick complex data mapping and define required logic whilst validating numbers on pivot check sheets
• Awareness of data warehousing, data modelling, writing/running SQL queries, scripting and Power BI & Qlik dashboards
• Knowledge of various contact centre omni-systems and the key metrics and measures derived from them at all dimensions
