Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with proficiency in Excel and SQL to join our team in our Gurgaon offices. As a BI Analyst, you will collaborate with business teams to define requirements and lead the execution of strategic business intelligence projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Implement and coordinate departmental activities for timely delivery of business data reporting.
• Develop companywide standards for data capture and processing within a data warehouse.
• Innovate statistical analysis techniques to maximize benefits from captured data.
• Educate and collaborate with operational teams to enhance understanding and use of statistical reports.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for data quality over time.
• Align MIS data and interpretation guidelines with management university capability.
• Foster numerical awareness and knowledge within operational management teams.
• Proactively interpret business intelligence reports to pre-empt barriers to success.
• 
  Communicate BI strategy and projects companywide.
• Collaborate with IT and Operational teams for strategic priorities.
• Participate in company strategy development and implement relevant BI strategies.

What you need

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of call centers, associated technologies, and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrable business acumen with strength in data management (Excel, SQL, etc.) and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel graphs and visualization.
• Understanding of SQL commands, joins, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of SSIS, ETL, and Power BI.
