Requirement Analyst

As a flexible Data Analyst, you will support the department head with the ongoing data requirements analysis for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent data is provided for use by our internal teams in supporting the production of management information, performance optimisation, insight, and data analytics.

In your first few weeks in this Data Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Support the tracking of all requests coming into the front door of the team for data and reporting activity


• Actively track all activity with the wider team and stakeholders, and raise any key risks & issues to ensure successful completion of activity


• 
  Engage the operational teams to enable appreciation and understanding of our end-to-end processes and outputs


• Monitor progress against plans, delivering regular updates back into the management team


• Help to embed the suite of reporting for their respective accounts, ensuring understanding and usage is high

To apply, you will need experience in Microsoft Office suite applications and in particular Excel. You will also require the following:

• Experience working with data and reporting


• Excellent negotiation skills


• Operational and/or B.I/Insight experience
