Tele-Sales Executive (Software / IT Industry)

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, pitching software solutions, and converting prospects into customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the IT and SaaS sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Explain software products, features, and benefits effectively to clients.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and feedback.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Confidence in pitching software or IT-based products over phone calls.
• Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT solutions (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in IT/Software Sales, BPO, or Telemarketing is an added advantage.
