We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. In this role, you will work hands-on with databases, reporting tools, and data pipelines to build reliable dashboards and analytics solutions used by business and leadership teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the data, building clean data models, and enabling stakeholders with accurate, easy-to-understand reporting in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business reports
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable analytics solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
Data Querying & Modeling
Write optimized SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data from MS SQL Server
Apply data modeling best practices to structure relational datasets for analytics and reporting
Maintain documentation for data models and reporting logic
Data Pipelines & Automation
Build and support ETL/ELT workflows to move and transform data across systems
Use Python for data processing, automation, and analytical tasks
Monitor data freshness and troubleshoot pipeline or reporting issues
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with product, operations, and business teams to understand data needs
Support ad-hoc analysis and insights for decision-makers
Contribute to improving data reliability and usability across the organization
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and aggregations
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data warehousing fundamentals
Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Superset, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation
Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and analytics workflows
Nice to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience working with large or growing datasets in a business analytics context
Ideal Candidate Profile
Available to join immediately or within 30 days
Comfortable collaborating with teams across limited US time-zone overlap (up to :9 PM IST)
Motivated to grow into a specialized analytics or data platform role
