- Experience in implementing digital solutions for monitoring and management of contracts and compliances.
- Sound understanding of framework of laws in India civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, mediation.

- Ability to work with external counsels/law firms.
- Experience in real estate related laws is must.
- Litigation experience is added advantage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility: commercial contracts lease, sub-lease, leave & license, Agreement to Lease, sale and lease back, built to suit, purchase orders, procurement contracts, service contracts, bare & warm shell leases, plug and play leases, tripartite leases, fit-out contracts, sub-contractor agreements, refurbishment contracts, vendor contracts construction contracts, assignments agreements, attornments, operation agreements, terminations, sale purchase, employment agreements, creating contract templates, framing polices, control sheets, SOPs for title and compliance due-diligence, contract signing, registration, purge/termination, NDA,
- Assist General Counsel in all legal support requirements.
- Lead and be one step ahead, constantly thinking about what needs to be done to improve day to day business support at the same time protecting interest of the company.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all contractual matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
- Maintain and update standard contract templates and playbooks
