Position Title: Lead Business Analyst
Reports To: Associate Executive Director - Corporate Strategy
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Team Size: 8-10
Education: B.Tech. /MBA from a Tier 1 institute

- Ability to coach/mentor team members and effectively lead & manage any initiatives assigned
- 5-7 years of work experience in a Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role
- Exposure in Finance is a plus

- Analyze data and create insights that enhance decision making across various areas of the business
- Understand industry trends and produce quick deliverables for senior leadership
- Coordinate and oversee multiple cross-functional projects and strategies that have direct and meaningful impact on the business
- Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization, using external and internal insight to help influence strategic direction
- Execution of other responsibilities and projects as assigned
