About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to support a support a Branch Network Senior Executive.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects
- Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams).
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a matrixed or centralized team structure.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Meetings, Events, Sponsorships and Memberships (MESM) understanding of process and procedures.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in executive interactions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experienced knowledge of Concur, and other administrative tools used for travel, expense management, workflow tracking, and project coordination.

- Position offers a Hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargos total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargos employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
