Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve their inquiries efficiently.
What you will do: Handle customer calls, emails, and other communication channels to address loan related queries and issues.
Key responsibility:
- Answer client inquiries related to loan applications, payments, and account information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.

Required Qualification and Skills:
