Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Provide monthly flash reporting across all Technology Functions
- Provide financial cost reports highlighting actual vs. forecast/budget variances with commentary in order to highlight risk and opportunities and drive cost efficiency
- Conduct analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators to provide value-added inputs to help decision making in executing strategy
- Provide Workforce Analytics and Reporting; Including Monthly Actuals vs Plan and Forecasting by Function
- Deep analytical capabilities and project cost tracking skills/ Knowledge of Project based billing
- Track and analyze direct and indirect cost allocations. Detailed analysis around software capitalization, amortization, depreciation, fixed asset and inventory planning
- Knowledge of software/Hardware product services, vendor products, Infrastructure cost, storage data centers, vendor contracts, Telecommunication charges and allocations.
- Project portfolio management- Creation of cost case
- Understanding of Finance application (Apptio) & database management system.

Qualification:-
- CA/CFA/MBA with 8-10+ years of experience in corporate, multi-line business organization.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts, methodologies and systems. (Cost Basis Accounting, GAAP, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting).
- Exposure to key accounting tools like Oracle Financials, Essbase and Power BI & Apptio tools.
