Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
