Investment Banking Summer Intern - Equity Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital member of our Equity Capital Markets team, learning about the process of bringing companies public through IPOs and other equity offerings.

What you will do: Assist in financial modeling, preparing presentations, conducting industry research, and supporting senior bankers on live transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Building financial models and valuations for IPOs and secondary offerings.
• Preparing marketing materials and pitch books for potential clients.
• Conducting industry and company research.
• Supporting senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution.
• 
  Managing due diligence data rooms.
• Assisting in client communication and relationship management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in capital markets and equity offerings.
• Teamwork and collaborative spirit.
