Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Chandler, AZ.

Job Role and Responsibility: This Lead Software Engineer position is the backbone for the team that supports Customer Relationship View (CRV) platform—a mission-critical system essential to banker-customer interactions—ensuring its stability, peak performance, and uninterrupted availability through expert platform support, OS and application server maintenance, and proactive zero-day vulnerability patching. This role will lead high-stakes incident response with in-depth root cause analysis, mitigate impacts to bankers and customers, and orchestrate seamless code deployments while driving platform enhancements via detailed JIRA Stories for production defects and improvements. This role will be the voice for Consumer Technology to deliver precise audit and SHRP documentation and lead incident communications to keep partners and leadership informed, safeguarding a vital ecosystem critical in delivering positive customer experience. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

• Experience with Shell Scripting;

• Experience with Splunk;

• Experience with GIT;

• Experience with Linux;
