What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our office building's infrastructure, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.

What you will do: You will perform preventative maintenance, address repair requests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

• Order and manage parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• 0-1 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of basic building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
