Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead junior team members and contribute to deal execution across various investment banking services.
What you will do: Take ownership of significant components of financial modeling and analysis, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development activities.
Key responsibility:
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Develop and manage complex financial models for M&A, capital markets transactions.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients.
- Manage client relationships and actively participate in business development activities.
- Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis.
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery of work products.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
