About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
- 2-3 years exposure in Alert Enterprise Guardian Physical, Visitor Management, and Sentry Products is preferable
- Experience in consulting, implementation, and support of any Leading Physical Identity Access Management (PIAMS) solution.
- Strong analytical and consulting skills.
- Fluency in English
Job Expectations:
- Strong experience in installation, configuration, and rollout of PIAMS (Physical Identity & Access Management Solutions) interfacing with external applications/systems, and data migration from existing tools
- Maintenance and enhancements to the tool as per new business requirements
- Using pre-defined guidelines, templates and/or test scripts, identifies and escalates problems; understands BCP, quality, security and compliance, vulnerability remediation requirements for supported areas to identify risk to production systems.
- Exposure in integrating PIAMS with HR and other systems.
- 2-3 years exposure in Alert Enterprise Guardian Physical, Visitor Management, and Sentry Products is preferable
- Exposure in any Physical (Not logical) Identity and Access Management (PIAMS) tools such as Quantum Secure etc. is a must have
- Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the implementation team
- Track and follow-up actions till closure with appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and work with remote teams, vendor teams, and management on large scale project execution, product roll-outs in a complex enterprise environment is mandatory
- Additional exposure in Physical access control systems such as Lenel OnGuard, and Systems is desirable
- Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan.
- Develop automation test scripts; maintains change or issue logs;
- Analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements;
- Understands quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and reviews changes for risk to production systems;
- Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan.
- There may be requirement to work in night shifts during implementation, major change, and critical activities from time to time. Hence, candidate must be open and willing to accommodate business needs and demand for working in odd hours.
