What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment strategies.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for various roles.
• Manage recruitment budgets and resources.
• 
  Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
