What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment strategies.

Key responsibility:

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for various roles.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience managing budgets and resources.
