Talent Acquisition Partner

What role you will play in team: Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent across various departments.

What you will do: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibility:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including compensation and benefits negotiations.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
