Job Description
What role you will play in team: Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent across various departments.
What you will do: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
Key responsibility:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including compensation and benefits negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
