Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

What you will do: You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization.

Key responsibility:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
