What role you will play in team: You will be a vital part of our talent acquisition team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to fill critical roles.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer, for various roles within the organization. You'll focus on delivering a great candidate experience.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
