About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives, designing, and implementing programs for performance management, leadership development, individual staff assessment, and succession planning including those that are cross functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning for Talent Management
- Review and analyze complex, larger scale, team operational engagement strategies, talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and technical challenges, that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Ensure that leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meet the current and future needs companywide
- Make decisions in complex and multi faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Talent Management policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new talent and performance initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to experienced managers to source for difficult to fill positions and forecast hiring needs to achieve goals, lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
Required Qualifications.
- 10+ years of Experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning or HR partnering roles.
