Support HR Operation HCGA WDIPL
As a Senior Officer in the HR Operation HCGA WDIPL, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing the companys HRIS and overseeing compensation and benefits programs.
Principal Accountabilities
Manpower Planning & Budgeting Develop and execute monthly & annual manpower plans aligned with business needs
Prepare and monitor the manpower budget in coordination with department heads
HR Operations & Compliance Coordinate with the GCC team for various HR operations-related tasks
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies at the plant
Handle joining formalities for staff and associates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
Performance Management System (PMS. Oversee goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations for staff and associates
Manage the normalization of the annual increment process in alignment with organizational policies
HR Analytics & MIS Prepare and maintain various monthly HR reports, including attrition trend analysis and workforce metrics
Employee Development & Talent Management Map and track the growth plans for GETs & DETs to ensure structured career progression
Support the talent management of staff employees, identifying high-potential talent and development opportunities.
