Job Description

Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Head - Business Development / Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional specializing in land acquisition and redevelopment for premium real estate projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in sourcing and closing high- value land deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition and redevelopment across Matunga, Chembur, Sion, and Central Mumbai.
- Build relationships with business houses, society committees, and landowners to source viable opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and financial modeling for land acquisition proposals.

- Collaborate with legal, design, and finance teams to ensure compliance and project viability.
- Negotiate commercial terms, JV structures, and acquisition agreements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting land transactions.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the organization in external meetings, site visits, and stakeholder interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in land acquisition, redevelopment, or business development within real estate.

- Proven track record of handling large- scale redevelopment projects and closing high- value land deals.
- Strong network across Mumbai's real estate ecosystem (societies, brokers, consultants, and developers).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to commercial, residential, and mixed- use projects is mandatory.
