Senior Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance Business
Job Description
A. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement and monitoring.
- Strong client sourcing and origination mindset including analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar are preferred.
- Utilization management of the existing clients and new client acquisition to be part of key deliverables.
- Maintain and expand relationships with mid-to-large corporates, increasing program participation.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects including account setup, invoicing, dashboards, reporting, and communication.
- Provide necessary training & handholding to clients.
- Manage all client concerns and queries efficiently, offering proactive and creative solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and client-side stakeholders for seamless program execution.
- Ensure growth in book size by extracting Vendor database from Anchors, onboarding the suppliers, and increase the utilization of limits.
- Work in co-ordination with various internal stake holders such as Credit, Operations, CMOG, Legal & Compliance Teams and ensure satisfactory resolution of client's queries and quality customer service.
- Maintaining Portfolio Hygiene and ensuring overall Portfolio health. Manage and service existing portfolio of SCF clients including renewal and enhancement of limits.
- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring potential clients through from various sectors via self-sourcing, targeted market strategies, and referral networks along with the best in class in-house digital enabled suite.
- Responsible for deal origination, structuring, relationship building, sanction & disbursements of SCF products to large/medium corporate clients having a turnover of more than 500 crores.
- Understand client's business model, payment cycle, vendor & sales management operations and provide them with the right kind of structured SCF solution.
- Developing and managing relationships with CFO/Treasury Heads of large corporates and exploring financing opportunities with them with respect to SCF business
B. Tech / Tool Skills:
- Sound knowledge of MS word, Excel and Power point.
