Director - Employer Branding & Corporate Communication - Consulting Firm

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity with leading Consulting organization to be based at Bangalore.
- Define and promote the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Manage social media calendars (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content to increase brand visibility.

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, campaign ROI, and employee sentiment, preparing reports for leadership.
- Execute internal communication plans, employee engagement programs, and manage employee communications to foster a positive culture.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver and execute marketing and communication programs that address business needs and produce tangible outcomes.
- This role is responsible for tailoring and adapting employer brand content to suit a wide range of audiences, ensuring consistency of brand messaging, style and tone and utilizing the content in the execution of digital media strategies.
- Support end-to-end execution of employer branding initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, external branding, awards, events etc
- Define and execute integrated marketing and corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Working experience in GCC & Tech background is required.
