Job Description

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Sales Director India GCC. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Director to lead and significantly expand our software development services sales efforts targeting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

- Based out of our Bengaluru office, this pivotal role demands a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, building strong client relationships within the GCC ecosystem, and demonstrating deep expertise in complex software development lifecycle sales.

- The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of identifying new market opportunities, cultivating a high-performing sales team, and driving our presence as a preferred partner for GCCs seeking cutting-edge software solutions and services.
- Proven expertise in selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India is non-negotiable. This includes a deep understanding of their operating models, technology stacks, compliance requirements, and decision-making processes.
- Strong hunter mentality balanced with an ability to grow existing strategic accounts.

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC ),agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with current and emerging AI technologies relevant to GCCs, such as Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, Data Analytics, DevOps, Microservices, and cybersecurity.
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with CXOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Digital, and other key decision-makers within leading GCCs. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their global mandates, innovation priorities, and operational challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and GCC forums in India.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years experience required.
