Job Description

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Sr. Sales Director Embedded System with leading Engineering & Semiconductor company.
- They are seeking a seasoned and highly driven Senior Director - Sales to lead revenue growth for our Engineering Systems Division.

- This role is focused on hunting and closing large, strategic deals across Embedded Software & Firmware, Enterprise Software, System engineering.
- The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the Hi-Tech domain, strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and a proven track record of winning large, complex engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
- Own and deliver the complete revenue targets for the Division.


- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with CxOs, engineering leaders, and procurement stakeholders in target accounts.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles-from opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal creation, negotiation, to closure.
- Work closely with engineering, delivery, and leadership teams to craft compelling, differentiated solutions.
- Navigate complex procurement processes, contracting models, and commercial negotiations with large enterprises.
- 18-20 years in sales/business development within the technology services / Hi-Tech domain.

- Proven track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Strong Expertise in Embedded systems, enterprise software, Connectivity, networking, storage, or semiconductor ecosystem.
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in opening new accounts.
- Experience managing accounts across North America and India.
- This role is about opening new frontiers, winning strategic accounts, and shaping the next phase of growth. not managing existing business.
