Job Description

    We are looking to strengthen our Alliance team at Branches and are seeking a candidate to take on the key role of Alliance Acquisition Strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for building associations with various entities such as corporates, PSUs, financial institutions, Retail, Consumer Durables, E-commerce players, and more to generate leads and drive sales. Additionally, you will be managing a team for Tie Up and Consented Lead generation.
    Your responsibilities will include creating strategies at cohort/industry levels for targeting B2B partnerships in sectors such as BFSI, IT-ITES, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Retail. You will design frameworks for the execution of alliance acquisition at the Branch level and create funnels by engaging in both Hunting and Farming of customers. Signing Branch/Regional alliances with different organizations and designing and evaluating marketing activities for lead generation will also be part of your role.
    Furthermore, you will focus on alliances that bring solicited/Consented leads from partner customer bases like Banks, Loyalty Programs, and Premium base. Designing special offers from Club Mahindra for alliance and partner customer bases, ensuring smooth functioning and relationships with partners, setting benchmarks in process compliance for Lead to sale, and closing agreements/contracts with clients/partners are essential tasks.
    To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of a graduate degree with a preference for post-graduation. You must have 2-7 years of experience in Tie Ups/Alliance & Lead generation Models, exposure to DRR targets, and a track record of managing teams and creating a result-oriented environment. Being self-motivated for individual and team target achievement is crucial.
