Taking action now to create a better future its why we show up every day. As a Bank Manager, youll lead your branch with purpose, energy, and a sharp focus on what matters most: your people, your customers, and your community.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, youll be responsible for the development, leadership, and performance of your branch. Youll build strong relationships both inside and outside the bank, helping drive business success and customer loyalty. Youll also play a key role in shaping how we connect through our spaces, technology, and capability to deliver outstanding experiences for customers, staff, business partners, and the wider community.
Youll lead a diverse team of Banking Specialists and Customer Service Representatives, supporting them to meet every customers needs across personal banking, business banking, and wealth.

Were looking for someone who leads with care, courage, and clarity. Youll bring:

• Proven recent experience as a successful bank manager and leader
• Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• 
  Expert knowledge of the financial services industry
• FA qualification (desired)
• Demonstrated experience in leading change
• A strong commitment to coaching and developing others
• A solid understanding of the local area (desired)
• A tertiary qualification in Business (preferred)
