Role
CAL 2 with a minimum of 3 years home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes:

• Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products, as well as a familiarity with complex deals involving multiple parties and trusts.

• Have, or be working towards NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) Residential Property Lending.
• Strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
• Exceptional knowledge of the local markets, and understanding of the home buying process
• A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them.
• Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted, and knowledgeable.
• Be a confident presenter, comfortable speaking in a seminar environment to a wide audience of people.
