Finance Intern - (6 Months)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Finance Intern to join our Corporate Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, including sales analytics, financial modeling, and market research. You will gain hands-on exposure to high-impact projects that influence business growth, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do

Sales Pipeline & Efficiency Metrics Tracking

• Track and analyze the end-to-end sales pipeline, including deal stages, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and sales velocity.

• Support weekly and monthly sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting on pipeline health.

• Monitor and analyze key business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), payback period, burn rate, gross margin, and other operational efficiency ratios.

• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Sales and Leadership teams.

Corporate Development

• Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Assist in financial due diligence for potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, or investments.

• Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and basic LBO models.

• 

  Support the preparation of investor decks, board presentations, and internal strategy materials.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support execution of strategic projects.

• Identify gaps across market, product, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies and support solutioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (CA/CFA/MBA candidates preferred).

• Strong academic track record.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
