HR Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to reach diverse talent pools.
Utilize social media and professional networks to connect with potential candidates.
Candidate Management:
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers on the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Experience in recruiting or human resources.
Familiarity with various sourcing and recruiting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
