What Youll Do
- Drive B2B sales for enterprise clients, identifying needs and offering tailored language solutions
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultative selling, solution design, deal closure
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets with strategic planning and CRM-driven execution
- Collaborate across marketing, tech, and delivery teams to co-create client success
What Were Looking For
- 35 years experience in enterprise (B2B) sales, preferably in services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, sales automation tools, and Sales Navigator
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Compensation
- Fixed annual CTC up to ?6 LPA
