As we expand our digital marketing footprint, we seek a results-driven Marketing Automation Manager to lead automation across email, social, CRM, and data-driven lead generation.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of automated marketing campaigns, leveraging email, social media, and CRM tools to nurture leads and drive conversions. Youll play a pivotal role in streamlining marketing operations and scaling outreach through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, execute, and optimise multi-step automated marketing workflows (e.g., email drip campaigns, lead scoring, retargeting).
- Manage email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot), campaign creation, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Set up and monitor social media automation tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) to drive consistent brand presence.
- Integrate automation strategies with CRM systems for seamless lead nurturing and data flow.
- Use lead intelligence tools like Apollo.io, RocketReach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach automation.
- Maintain and segment customer and lead databases, ensuring clean and actionable data.
- Collaborate with the content, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaign goals.
- Track campaign KPIS and generate actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.
Key Requirements:
- 13 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Strong command of platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, and others.
- Working knowledge of Apollo.io, RocketReach, or other B2B lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integration between marketing and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work with large datasets and build actionable segments.
- Proficiency in basic analytics and performance reporting (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards).
- A proactive mindset, passionate about automation, experimentation, and optimisation.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of basic HTML for email customisation.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or professional services marketing.
- Exposure to SEO or PPC automation tools.
