Job Description
Follow-up with insurance companies for claim status.
Analyze and resolve denied and unpaid claims.
Understand US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
Work on aged accounts, EOB, and ERA.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per process requirements.
Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare terms (EOB, Denials, AR follow-ups).
Experience in voice-based process (preferably healthcare).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
