Role: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Location:Hyderabad / Pune
Work Mode:Work from Office (WFO)
Shifts:Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts (based on process)
Week Offs:Rotational Offs (5 Days Working)

Responsibilities:

  Handle customer queries via live chat or email professionally and efficiently.

  Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.

  
  
• 
  

  Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams when required to resolve queries.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain records of customer interactions.

  
  

Skills Required:

  Excellent written English communication.

  
  
• 
  

  Typing speed of 3035 WPM with 90%+ accuracy.

  
  
• 
  

  Good problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer queries.
