Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who is not only a strong leader but also an experienced full-stack developer capable of contributing to code when needed. This hybrid role requires active involvement in frontend and backend development while managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects from requirements gathering to planning, execution, and deployment.
  
• Manage timelines, scope, resources, and budgets for projects across frontend and backend teams.
  
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders including product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
  

Technical Leadership & Development

• Contribute directly to the codebase (minimum 30 50% of your time), especially in areas needing additional support or rapid development.
  
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  
• Build and integrate frontend UI components and backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and system performance.
  
• Lead architecture discussions, propose technical solutions, and evaluate new tools and frameworks.
  
• Support CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment activities in collaboration with DevOps.
  

Tech Stack You Should Be Comfortable With:

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS.
  
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java/Spring Boot.
  
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Firebase.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  
• 2+ years in a technical project management or team leadership role.
  
• Strong coding skills with the ability to debug, optimize, and refactor frontend and backend code.
  
• Experience leading Agile teams and managing cross-functional tech projects.
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
  
• Experience with microservices architecture, API-first design, or mobile app development.
  
• Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring, and cloud security best practices.
