Business Developer Whisky Labs

Location: Remote (Must attend offline client meetings as required)

Pay: ?15,000/month in Hand + Incentives on conversions & target achievement

Timing: 11AM - 7PM, Monday-Friday

Type: Full-time Opportunity Based on Performance

Role Overview

Were looking for a Business Developer who can help us grow our client base by identifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term relationships. Youll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Pitch agency services to potential clients and schedule meetings.
  • Attend offline meetings with clients and represent the agency professionally.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction post-onboarding.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Confident in presenting and pitching ideas.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Available to attend meetings in person when required (Mumbai preferred).
