SALES ASSISTANT (AUTOMOTIVE / GARAGE INDUSTRY)

WhizzHR is hiring a SALES ASSISTANT (AUTOMOTIVE / GARAGE INDUSTRY)

Location: Dubai – UAE

This is NOT a routine job.

We are looking for a hardcore sales performer who understands the UAE garage industry and can generate real business not just handle inquiries.

If you are target-driven, aggressive in sales, and confident in both field sales + digital marketing, this role is for you.

- Your Role (No Excuses, Only Results):

* Bring in new business consistently (fleet companies, logistics, corporate clients)

* Convert inquiries into paying customers

* Handle quotations, negotiations, and closing deals independently

* Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships

* Work closely with workshop operations to ensure delivery & customer satisfaction

- Digital Marketing FULL EXECUTION ROLE (NOT BASIC):

* Run and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

* Generate daily/weekly leads through online platforms

* Create and manage content (posts, offers, campaigns)

* Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions

* Understand targeting, budgeting, and scaling campaigns

* Drive real results: walk-ins, inquiries, and conversions

- Strict Requirements:

* Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in garage/automotive sales

* Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, AC, Bodywork, Painting services

* Proven hands-on digital marketing experience (ads + lead generation)

* Strong closing skills you must know how to sell

Mandatory:

* UAE Driving License

* Experience with fleet / corporate clients preferred

- Performance Expectations:

* Monthly sales targets must be achieved

* Consistent lead generation (online + offline)

* Strong conversion ratio expected

* Accountability for results not activity

- Salary + HIGH Incentives (performance-based earn more if you deliver more)
