Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales operations. In this role, you will oversee lead conversions, nurture customer relationships, drive daily operations, and derive actionable insights through sales analytics. This position is designed for an experienced professional who excels at building systems, mentoring teams, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution & Strategy: Own and drive monthly sales targets through both inbound and outbound calling efforts while developing effective sales scripts tailored to customer needs. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively educate and convert prospective customers.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of 25 sales professionals. Monitor individual performance, implement sales enablement practices, and conduct regular huddles, feedback sessions, and motivation initiatives.
- CRM & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize CRM usage to ensure high-quality data hygiene and timely follow-ups. Proactively recommend tools, processes, and automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally within a D2C/B2C environment.
- Proven experience in team management with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- High proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and data management software like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
