Business Development

We are looking for a highly proactive and resourceful Business Development Manager in the South Asia region to drive the growth of WikiFXs brand by collaborating with local financial influencers (KOLs), managing communities, and building partnership pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. KOL Relationship & Management

• Identify, approach, and recruit local financial influencers across South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc.)

• Maintain long-term cooperation with high-quality KOLs and influencers.

• Coordinate influencer campaigns: communicate deliverables, track publishing schedule, and evaluate content performance.

1. Community Operations

• Operate and manage local communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter) and others.

• Maintain daily interaction, answer FAQs, stimulate discussions, and manage engagement.

1. Content and Campaign Coordination

• Assist influencers in creating localized, high-quality content that aligns with brand goals.

• Customize campaign materials and requirements according to each influencer and platform.

• Track KPIs such as: exposure, engagement, downloads, and link clicks.

1. Market and Resource Development

• Research local market trends and competitors in the financial and fintech space.

• Maintain and organize existing KOL databases and partnership records.

• Assist in offline industry exhibitions, webinars, or other events if needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• Familiar with Forex / Financial industry; able to identify and evaluate influencer quality based on financial knowledge.

• Ability to multi-task and work with time flexibility, occasionally adapting to global time zones.

• Proven experience in KOL outreach / influencer marketing / business development.

• Solid understanding of South Asian digital platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Moj, ShareChat, etc.

• Have own KOL or creator resource bank in the finance/trading/crypto field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in PR, influencer campaign planning, or partnership marketing.

• Understanding of performance marketing and UGC content strategies.

• Proficient in additional regional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
